Job Summary
The Staffing Collaborative supports nurse staffing needs as a system-wide resource. The Staffing Collaborative allows Nursing staff to work 13-week assignments within a specific unit at VUMC. Assignments may necessitate working weekends and holidays.

- RNs typically work 36 – 40 hours per week based on the unit's needs.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse
- Graduate of an approved discipline-specific program (or equivalent experience)
- 1 year of Medicine Stepdown RN experience, Preferred 2 or more years of recent Medicine Stepdown RN experience
