Job Summary

The Staffing Collaborative supports nurse staffing needs as a system-wide resource. The Staffing Collaborative allows Nursing staff to work 13-week assignments within a specific unit at VUMC. The assignment comes with premium pay and optional health benefits.

Key Benefits

• Premium Pay - $75/hr
• Medical Insurance benefits available through Temp Force
• RNs typically work 36 – 40 hours per week based on the unit's needs

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse
• Graduate of an approved discipline-specific program (or equivalent experience)
• 1 year of L&D RN experience, Preferred 2 or more years of recent L&D RN experience
• Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration (LCR): Registered Nurse
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS
