About the Role
Legends is the official hospitality partner of Raymond James Stadium, home to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and a premier venue for large stadium events. This role involves overseeing the food and beverage program, including concessions, suites, and premium areas for all game days, concerts, special events, and related activations. Responsibilities
- Greet guests, take beverage orders from servers or directly from guests.
- Mix drinks and cocktails according to specifications and recipes.
- Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines as required by Federal, State, and Local laws and in compliance with company standards.
- Properly ring in all orders into the POS system.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and surrounding work area.
- Complete all set-up and breakdown of assigned bar.
- Ensure proper rotation and stocking of beer coolers.
- Complete all reporting paperwork at the end of each event.
- Adhere to all Legends Uniform and Grooming guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
