Concessions Bartender – Raymond James Stadium

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a welcoming manner, request ID if guest appears to be under 40.
• Take beverage orders.
• Mix drinks and cocktails according to specifications and recipes.
• Follow venue specific policies and procedures regarding the service of alcohol in a safe manner.
• Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines as required by Federal, State and Local laws and in compliance with company standards.
• Enter all sales into the POS system, using the accurate buttons to track all item sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar and surrounding work area.
• Complete all set-up and breakdown of assigned bar; assignments may be provided by your bar lead.
• Ensure proper rotation and stocking of beer coolers.
• Complete all reporting paperwork at the end of each event.
• Follow Legends’ Uniform and Grooming guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

  Requirements

  • Must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers, USF and major stadium events such as concerts and dirt events.
  • Ability to work beyond standard hours when necessary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Attention to detail, time management, organizational and collaboration skills.
  • Must have excellent knowledge of beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
  • Previous bartending experience in a high-end restaurant or club environment.
  • Must be successfully complete food safety and TEAM (alcohol service) certifications.
  • Must be able to work independently with limited supervision and in collaboration with others.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
  • Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
  • Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and additional job specific safety training.
  • Command of the English language both written and verbal, multilingual an advantage.

  Mental & Physical Demands

  • Regularly required to stand, walk, lift, carry, reach, squat, push and pull; all up to 50lbs.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for up to 12 hours during a single shift while navigating ramps, stairs, elevators and guests.
  • Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
  • Outdoor venues are indicative of heat and humidity based on weather conditions.
  • Work environment may be within extreme temperatures.
  • Ability to learn new tasks, remember processes, maintain focus and complete tasks independently.
  • Make timely decisions in the context of workflow and operation efficiencies.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, team orientated setting, with a focus on attention to details.
