Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Conduct phone and/or physical premium audits to ensure accurate premium determination.
- Demonstrate that the insured is classed appropriately for all lines of business being audited.
- Investigate and verify the premium base exposures according to policy contract terms, manual rules, company filings, and procedures.
- Build and maintain working relationships with agents, insureds, and coworkers.
- Request information, answer questions by telephone, email and written communication.
- Research, develop, and update procedures by compiling and entering data for reviews/reports and systems.
- May provide leadership to junior staff through guidance and training.

- Education/Experience Level: 5 - Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certificates, Designations And Licenses: General Insurance Certificate/ Associate in Insurance Service (AIS); Valid Driver’s License.
A minimum requirement for this position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
