About the role
The Premium Audit Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in managing and coordinating all communication activities related to S&S premium audits. This role involves handling phone and email inquiries, providing clear and accurate information to clients, and supporting the audit team in delivering high-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding premium audit inquiries and issues. Respond to phone calls and emails promptly, providing accurate and detailed information. Explain audit processes, findings, and recommendations to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
- Coordination and Support: Coordinate communication between clients and the premium audit team to ensure smooth and efficient audit processes. Assist auditors in gathering necessary information and documentation from clients. Schedule and confirm audit appointments, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all communications and interactions with clients. Prepare and distribute audit reports, summaries, and other relevant documents to clients and internal stakeholders. Track and report on communication metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance communication processes and client interactions. Develop and implement best practices for managing premium audit communications. Collaborate with the audit team to streamline workflows and improve overall service delivery.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all communications comply with company policies, industry regulations, and audit standards. Review and verify the accuracy of information provided to and received by clients. Address and resolve any client concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- High school diploma; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in reviewing audit reports and maintaining records. Thoroughness in following audit procedures and guidelines.

Skills

Pay
The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $31,100.00 to a maximum of $58,500.00. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee’s contribution (performance) in that role.
