About the venue

Inter&Co Stadium is a premier sports venue located in the heart of downtown Orlando. It serves as the home of Orlando City SC, Orlando Pride, and will add the Orlando Storm as an upcoming UFL expansion team this season.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the event.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
  • Read and comprehend Banquet Event Orders and uphold service timelines.
  • Responsible for full knowledge of the food and beverage menu and sharing the knowledge with the guests in the suite, including ingredients, portion sizes, pricing, and preparation.
  • Record a guest’s order and relay it to the Suite Captain or Manager.
  • Anticipate and respond to any additional requests from guests.
  • Present the guest with the final bill summary and accept payment as necessary.
  • Assist with post-event breakdown and reset.
  • Show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.
  • Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and venue policies.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced food & beverage environment preferred.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures.
  • Must be able to obtain a food safety certification.
  • Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff, and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner, which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative work environment.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
  • Possess a valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state and federal regulations.
  • Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as related to cash/credit transactions and cash reconciliation.
  • Ability to be reliable, punctual, and professional.
