Premium Area Game Day Staff

Part-time, seasonal position reporting to the Game Day Staff Manager, Game Day Operations Manager, and Game Day Operations Coordinator.

About the role

The North Carolina Courage, a National Women’s Soccer League team, is seeking part-time, seasonal Suite Attendants, Bartenders, and Field Seat Servers. This role focuses on creating a successful fan experience in premium spaces by efficiently executing setup, breakdown, and in-game operations, while providing outstanding customer service to patrons.

Responsibilities

• Suite Attendant
  • Execute full setup, breakdown, and cleanup of the suite.
  • Clean up remaining food, trash, catering supplies, and décor at the end of the night.
  • Assist catering partners upon arrival and direct them to their designated areas.
  • Monitor and maintain food and beverage levels; restock as needed.
  • Clear empty plates, cups, and other trash to maintain a clean suite appearance.
  • Communicate with managers to request custodial services for spills and trash removal.
  • Provide customer service to patrons in premium spaces.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.
• Bartender
  • Properly check customers’ identification to confirm legal drinking age.
  • Be attentive, interact with customers, and make recommendations.
  • Maintain bar inventory and supplies; communicate restocking needs to managers.
  • Learn or have knowledge of various beers, wine varieties, and spirits available.
  • Assist with setup, cleaning of bar equipment, and organization of the cooler.
• Field Seat Servers
  • Provide efficient and timely customer service.
  • Work as a team with other servers to deliver excellent service to guests.
  • Dispose of empty cups, plates, or other trash from guests.
  • Confirm accuracy of orders and seat numbers.
  • Properly check customers’ identification for alcohol orders to confirm legal drinking age.

Requirements

• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on the event schedule.
• Must be available to work at least 80% of home games for the NC Courage throughout the 2026 season.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be 21 or older to work as a bartender.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate effectively.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service and enhancing fans' game day experience.
