Premier Parts - Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Create a superior customer service experience to drive store growth and increase sales and profitability
• Build relationships with customers in the market and surrounding areas
• Aid in planning workloads and assigning schedules
• Maintain a safe work environment and assist with vehicle maintenance
• Aid in inventory management and stocking
• Assist customers with their auto parts questions and needs
• Review sales trends and progress with various teams
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude and conduct

Qualifications

• 5+ years of previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry
• 2+ years of automotive industry management experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems
• Valid driver license and acceptable motor vehicle driving record
• Pass standard pre-employment drug screening and CRT physical exam
