About the role
The Premier Banker role is dedicated to servicing complex client portfolios of mass affluent clients. This role focuses on managing these clients' entire banking relationship and connecting them with specialists to meet all their financial needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage and address banking needs of mass affluent clients through proactive outreach and advice-based approach.
- Convert referrals, leads, and prospects into new clients.
- Engage in client outreach via phone, email, and appointments, and conduct needs-based conversations.
- Review and analyze financial information, suggest solutions, and coordinate introductions with appropriate partners.
- Escalate banking issues and risks when necessary.
- Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with partners to deepen relationships across Wealth, Commercial, Small Business, Lending, etc.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to bank staff on effective methods to articulate the program's value and make Premier referrals.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 2+ years of financial/banking experience.
- Successfully completed the Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE).
- Preferred Life & Health license.
- Experience with retail and small business banking.
- Understanding and experience with loan products.
- Active NMLS registration.
- Consultative sales experience.
Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Pay
$25.75 - $38.50 USD per hour.
Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week.
