PreK Lead Teacher, located at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, Bothell

St. Pius X School is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and creative Pre-School/Pre-Kindergarten teacher to join our team as we expand our early childhood program.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe learning environment for 3–5 year olds.
• Work with a team to plan, develop, and implement appropriate curriculum using hands-on, integrated thematic lessons.
• Communicate effectively and partner with parents in their children’s education, including regular updates and conferences.
• Participate in the faith life of the school and parish family.
• Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain STARS training for compliance with WA State Early Learning codes.

Requirements

• Experience in early childhood education.
• Highly organized with a solid grasp of early learning curriculum components.
• Confident communicator with potential families.
• Knowledge of and compliance with WA State Early Learning codes.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Preferred: Practicing Catholic.
• Preferred: Completed WAC requirements.

Pay

The salary range for this full-time, year-round position is $49,925–$66,560. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, market data, applicant’s skills, and prior relevant experience, degrees, and certifications.
