Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and stage hardware for installation and deployment
- Perform basic hardware setup, configuration, and functionality testing
- Inspect equipment for damage or defects prior to installation
- Label, organize, and manage hardware components and cabling
- Follow installation diagrams, technical instructions, and safety procedures
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and connectivity issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to safely use tools and equipment
- Ability to lift and move equipment (typically up to 25 lbs)
- Comfortable working in dusty or warehouse-type environments
- Previous installation or technician experience is a plus
