Spearheading Projects

Spearhead detailed cost estimates and quantitative surveys that set projects up for success
Create impactful value engineering studies that enhance building performance while optimizing costs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive CPM project schedules
Craft meticulous scopes of work that provide clarity and direction to project stakeholders
Conduct field inspections that bridge the gap between preconstruction and execution

Qualifications

• A BS degree in a construction related field is required (civil engineering, construction management, construction technology, etc.)
• 5-7 years of Estimating in a construction environment
• A working knowledge of Sage Estimating Software is preferred
• Previous experience in estimating/project management is preferred
• Experience in preparing detailed energy modeling studies is preferred
• Premavera software scheduling experience is a plus
• Thorough working knowledge of MS Office software including MS Word, MS Excel is required
• Must have valid driver's license
