Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in preconstruction management or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
