Fives Landis Corp is actively seeking a Precision Tool Grinder to join its team in Concord Twp., Ohio. The CITCO Tools division is a global leader in high-precision diamond cutting and dressing tools, serving industries such as Automotive, Medical, and Aerospace.

About the role

Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, you will join the Cutting Tools team to operate and maintain manual grinding machines, grind tooling components to exact specifications, and inspect parts using optical comparators and similar tools to ensure top-notch accuracy. You will maintain high standards for safety, precision, and performance while working with high-tech materials.

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Overtime available

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Shop math capabilities to calculate dimensions and tolerance
• Mechanical mindset with the ability to use grinding machinery
• Self-motivated problem solver with a keen eye for precision
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
