Responsible for maintaining precision grinding equipment and ensuring high-quality product output.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate precision grinding machines
• Monitor and adjust grinding parameters for optimal performance
• Inspect products for quality and make necessary adjustments
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to quality standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or related field
• Knowledge of precision grinding techniques and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
