Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain manual grinding machines in order to grind tooling components to exact specifications.
- Inspect parts using optical comparators and similar tools to ensure top-notch accuracy.
- Maintain high standards for safety, precision, and performance.
- Join the Cutting Tools team under the direction of the Production Supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma.
- 1 year of manufacturing experience.
- Shop math capabilities to calculate dimensions & tolerance.
- Mechanical mindset with the ability to use grinding machinery.
- Self-motivated problem solver with a keen eye for precision.

Pay & schedule
- 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.
- Overtime available.
- Competitive pay rates based on experience.
