About the role
As a Precision CNC Turning & Milling Machinist at QCManufacturing Inc., you will be responsible for operating advanced CNC turning and milling machines using Fanuc, Okuma, and Haas systems. You will work closely with engineers and other manufacturing technicians to ensure that all parts meet the required specifications.Responsibilities
- Operate CNC turning and milling machines to produce high-quality components.
- Follow detailed blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and precision.
- Perform regular maintenance on CNC equipment to keep it running efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with team members to resolve production issues and improve processes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in CNC machining or related field.
- Proficiency with Fanuc, Okuma, and Haas CNC systems.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Qualifications
- Experience with CNC programming software is a plus.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and ISO standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
