CNC Machinist - Okuma Mill/Lathe Specialist

About the role

CNC Machinists are needed to operate Okuma Mill/Lathe machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in CNC machining and be proficient in Okuma Mill/Lathe operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate Okuma Mill/Lathe machines to produce high-quality machined parts according to specifications.
• Set up and adjust machines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in CNC machining.
• Proficiency in Okuma Mill/Lathe operation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Experience with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and inspection techniques.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
