Precision Assembler (Welding)

Responsibilities

• Learn precision welding techniques in one or more of the following areas: TIG ID, TIG OD, Laser ID, Part / Laser Marking
• Bring engineering drawings to life by following documented work instructions and crafting components that hit our exact specifications
• Monitor production in real-time and make quick adjustments to tooling and machines to maintain quality
• Use micrometers, verniers, leak-check equipment, and keen visual assessments to inspect parts and ensure they meet our standards
• Accurately record labor transactions and keep all required entries up-to-date using basic computer systems

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• No experience necessary but training will be provided
• Mechanically inclined or have strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and labor transaction systems

Bonus Qualifications

• Dependable
• Experience in manufacturing
• Experience with microscopes or vision systems
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues

The position is located in Sharon, MA and offers an hourly rate range of $22.00 - $26.00 per hour, with final rates determined by relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
