Precision Ag Digital Specialist

About the role

We're looking for a Precision Ag Digital Specialist to join our dynamic team at C & B Operations. Based in Culbertson, Montana, this role covers 36 John Deere locations across 6 states, with 50% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Work with employees and customers to promote digital tools and insights
• Develop and track services to enhance data integrity and accurate reporting
• Host regular training events to keep customers and employees engaged with their data
• Engage with key accounts to find solutions that meet their business goals
• Audit tracking systems for accuracy and provide support from stores and digital field teams

Requirements

• Knowledge of Precision Ag products (preferred but not required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Precision Ag, Agricultural Systems Technology, Agronomy, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Experience with John Deere digital tools (preferred but not required)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Qualifications

Qualified candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment drug test and background check. C & B Operations is a drug-free workplace.

Skills

Proactive problem-solving, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills are essential. Proficiency with Precision Ag tools and John Deere digital platforms is preferred.
