Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Significant related experience may substitute education
- Active, unencumbered Ohio Registered Nurse license
- Minimum of three (3) years of current clinical experience as an RN
- Demonstrated experience making sound decisions that affect a work unit or team
- Demonstrated effectiveness in a role requiring dynamic and abstract problem-solving methods in adaptive situations
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Confidentially and discretion handling subject matters requiring privacy and sensitivity
- Ability to promote student success

Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Nursing
- Demonstrated experience in diverse learning strategies
- Demonstrated experience working with nursing students in a clinical or educational setting
- Demonstrated basic critical care skills
- Demonstrated experience with simulation lab environments
Benefits
Part-time non-bargaining unit position, Grade 11, with a minimum hiring rate of $26.59/hour.
This is a position that requires satisfactory completion of a background check and drug screen before employment can be offered.
The work is performed in a normal, professional office environment; the work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated; typically, the employee may sit comfortably to perform the duties of the job and will perform repetitive motions with hands/fingers using a computer mouse and keyboard to type. However, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items such as papers, files, pamphlets, books, etc.; work may also require walking and standing in conjunction with travel to and attendance at meetings and conferences away from the worksite.
