Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Significant related experience may substitute for education
• Active, unencumbered Ohio Registered Nurse license
• Minimum of three (3) years of current clinical experience as an RN
• Demonstrated experience making sound decisions affecting a work unit or team
• Demonstrated effectiveness in dynamic and abstract problem-solving methods in adaptive situations
• Master’s Degree in Nursing (preferred)
• Demonstrated experience with diverse learning strategies
• Demonstrated experience working with nursing students in a clinical or educational setting
• Demonstrated basic critical care skills
• Demonstrated experience with simulation lab environments
