• NH Professional Licensure
• DEA Certificate

Physical Demands And Work Environment

• LIGHT material handling
• regularly lift/carry/push/pull less than 10 pounds
• occasionally lift/carry/push/pull up to 20 pounds
• regularly required to hear and speak
• frequently required to walk, sit, do repetitive motion and perform activities that require fine motor skills
• occasionally required to bend, climb, reach, drive, smell, squat and stand
• exposed to airborne pathogens, bloodborne pathogens, and bodily fluids
• exposed to airborne contaminants, radiation, chemotherapeutic agents, toxic or caustic chemicals, electrical hazards-shock, non-weather related heat or cold, variable weather conditions, moving mechanical parts and slippery surfaces
• noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
