Student Engagement
- Monitors students in patient care settings.
- Provides hands-on real time instruction and feedback to students.
- Rates student performance based on established guidelines.
- Engages students in a participatory instructional style as part of their experiential learning experience.
- Provides guidance and enforces the departments mission, policies and procedures with regards to their assigned areas.
- Acts as a role model and resource to students in their assigned areas.
- Performs minor repairs and cleans equipment to maintain good working order and collaborates with Facilities for repairs, as needed.
- Maintains biohazardous materials in accordance with policy to ensure safety.
- Organizes and labels supply storage, ensuring availability of supplies for students and faculty.
- Maintains records of supplies used and needed.
- Ensures practices are in accordance with requirements for pharmacy license approval.
Clerical & Administrative
- Completes student evaluation as outlined by department chairperson.
- Attends all required meetings to provide feedback on student learning outcome goals.
- Attends all required trainings and workshops.
- Communicates frequently with the faculty and department chair on the needs of students as they fulfill their learning requirements.
- Maintains confidentiality of student records, information, and sensitive conversations encountered.

- Fosters and maintains a safe environment of respect and inclusion for faculty, staff, students, and members of the community.
Other Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintains current healthcare provider CPR Certification.
- Participates in courses, faculty, and staff meetings as needed.
Working Conditions
- Normal classroom and office working conditions.
- Will be required to travel to off-site locations to supervise students.
Minimum Education And Experience Required
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One (1) year of professional experience.
