Precast Operator

Essential Functions And Responsibilities

• Set up forms for concrete pours
• Pour concrete into precast forms
• Finishing of various concrete structures
• Stripping and cleaning concrete forms and structures
• Keep a clean and orderly work area
• Follows all safety procedures and wears appropriate PPE
• Other tasks and duties as assigned

Requirements

• Industry experience within construction and/or construction materials
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic math skills
• Ability to follow safety procedures
• Consistent availability for regular 8 to 10-hour shifts, Monday – Friday

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
• Requires bending, kneeling, and reaching above head
• Includes noise, heat, and cold environmental conditions
