About the role

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Pre-Sell Account Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities

  • Develops all assigned accounts relative to sales volume, market share, product distribution, space allocation, and customer service
  • Takes inventory and places orders for future delivery to avoid out-of-stocks and reduction of out-of-date product
  • Rotates products, cleans shelving, and stocks product from the store’s backroom onto the shelves and displays in coolers and vending equipment
  • Sells and executes promotions, solicits placement of equipment and sells sufficient product inventory
  • Provides excellent service to assigned accounts; creates and maintains goodwill with all customers
  • Buils displays and participates with store resets to stimulate sales
  • Completes required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner maintaining legibility
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • One (1) year of sales experience in the beverage industry preferred
  • Must be able to perform basic financial calculations, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Must have good oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to perform heavy physical labor for extended periods of time
  • Must be detailed oriented
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
  • Must be a self-starter with excellent follow-up skills
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Must be able to meet PBV driving qualifications
  • Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks
