Pre School Coach

About the role

Super Soccer Stars is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to fill the position of 2-5 Pre-School Coach. In this role, you will be responsible for coaching young children aged 2-5 under our crib-to-college player pathway program.

Responsibilities

• Coaching young children aged 2-5 under our crib-to-college player pathway program
• Work with small groups of children to develop their soccer skills, teamwork abilities, and socialization skills in a fun, non-competitive, educational environment
• Use positive reinforcement to ensure each child feels confident in their own abilities, allowing them to improve at their own rate

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience working with children aged 2-5 in a teaching environment
• Passion for working with children
• Strong teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly energetic, reliable, patient, enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Ability to work with little supervision and adapt to change
• Certified or willing to get certified with CPR and First Aid
• Ability to pass background check
