Early Childhood Coach

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach to lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. The ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children.

Responsibilities

• Safely manage a class of up to 15 children
• Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development
• Arrive on-time to your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families
• Maintain equipment and manage your class rosters
• Go home knowing you made a difference
• Use individual attention to ensure every child has success
• Use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success
• Have a blast and be open-minded to continuous learning

Requirements

• Prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader)
• Enjoy working with children
• Flexible schedule to work in various environments and weather conditions
• Availability to work Monday-Friday (Times): 9:00-6:00 and Weekends: (Times) 9:00-12:00

Compensation

$18-25 hourly rate (Part Time)
