You’re someone who: Understands that strong sales outcomes start with clarity, responsiveness and trustLooks for ways to make processes smoother for othersIs comfortable asking questions, speaking up and navigating ambiguityTakes ownership of their work and follows through Here’s the work you’ll be doing to support our growth and customer experience: Sales & Broker Support Serve as a primary point of contact for a large broker and agent network via phone and emailBuild and maintain strong working relationships with brokers, MGAs, Blue Plans and internal sales partnersSupport sales directors and managers with quote and proposal preparation for short‑ and long‑term productsPartner with enrollment and accounts payable teams to help resolve commission and billing questions Pre‑Sales & Implementation Support Support the pre‑sales and underwriting process to ensure products are understood, implemented efficiently and positioned appropriatelyAssist with broker and agent onboarding and contract intake, review, processing and maintenanceCollaborate closely with teammates to support application enrollments and ensure a smooth handoff across teams Reporting, Data & Enablement Create and distribute clear, accurate sales reports within tight timelinesMaintain and manage contact data, including lead and business card information collected at conferences and eventsSupport quality assurance activities and ongoing website testing to improve accuracy and usability Conferences, Events & Logistics Support planning and execution of trade shows, conferences and sales eventsManage logistics including registration, shipping of materials, exhibit setup and breakdownCoordinate with vendors for events, client meetings, and promotional itemsTrack expenses and budgets related to conferences and events This might be the right fit for you if… You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceYou thrive in a client‑service or sales‑support environment and can manage multiple projects at onceYou communicate clearly and confidently, including with senior‑level stakeholdersYou’re adaptable, self‑motivated and comfortable navigating changing prioritiesYou’re detail‑oriented and take pride in delivering accurate, timely work Bonus points if you have: Experience working with brokers, agents, or insurance‑related productsSalesforce experienceSpanish language skills This role requires obtaining a Health & Accident license within 90 days of hire (support provided).
