What you'll be doing
- Own the technical shaping of deals across direct and partner-led motions
- Translate client problems into delivery-ready, commercially sound architectures across data, cloud, and AI
- Work closely with sales, partners, and delivery teams to ensure focus on highest-value opportunities
- Create repeatable IP and scale Kubrick's business
- Contribute to meaningful projects delivering real impact for clients
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in presales solution architecture within data, cloud, or AI consulting
- Strong commercial awareness: understands how solution design affects win-rate, margin, and delivery risk
- Deep architectural capability across hyperscalers, modern data platforms, and AI use cases
- Excellent communicator, able to influence Sales, Partners, Delivery, and C-suite clients
- Comfortable being measured on commercial outcomes, not just activity

$150,000 - $200,000 + Bonus

Hybrid: in-office 2-3 days a week, remote working the rest of the time
