Pre-Sales Product Solution Architect

About the role

We’re hiring a Pre-Sales Product Solution Architect to support the global expansion of our AI-powered Conversation Insights SaaS product. The role involves working with customers, product, and engineering teams to understand business needs, design product solutions, support demos and POCs, and translate customer requirements into clear implementation plans.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers, product, and engineering teams to understand business needs
• Design product solutions
• Support demos and Proof of Concept (POCs)
• Translate customer requirements into clear implementation plans

Requirements

• Native English speaker
• Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, SaaS implementation, or customer-facing product roles
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS, CRM, sales workflows, RevOps, or sales enablement
• Ability to explain product and technical concepts clearly
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Interest in AI SaaS, CRM automation, or sales productivity tools
