Qualifications
- Prior automotive assistant sales manager experience required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record required
Responsibilities
- Assist to ensure that vehicle reconditioning is done properly in a time‑effective manner
- Assist in managing used‑inventory turn and stock the right vehicle mix
- Provide management assistance and support sales staff selling used vehicles
- Assist in increasing sales volume while managing gross to achieve overall gross profit growth
- Assist in forecasting goals at the beginning of each month
- Monitor, track and strive to meet goals each month
- Demonstrate an understanding that business is built on excellent customer satisfaction
- Assist in ensuring individual and departmental goals are met daily, weekly and monthly
