Position Overview

The Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney will manage a personal injury caseload from intake through settlement, develop case strategies, negotiate with insurance carriers, and guide clients through the claims process. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys client interaction, case ownership, and achieving strong results in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a pre-litigation personal injury caseload from intake through resolution
  • Evaluate liability, damages, medical records, and claim value
  • Draft and review demand packages and settlement communications
  • Negotiate with insurance carriers to maximize client recovery
  • Maintain consistent client communication and provide strategic guidance
  • Collaborate with case managers, medical providers, and internal teams
  • Identify matters requiring litigation and recommend next steps

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active Arkansas Bar license in good standing
  • Personal injury experience; pre-litigation experience preferred
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and case management skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
