Responsibilities

• Building strong attorney-client relationships
• Evaluating liability, damages, and case value
• Developing effective case strategies
• Guiding clients through treatment and claim progression
• Negotiating with insurance carriers and opposing parties
• Collaborating with case managers, medical providers, and adjusters
• Resolving claims efficiently while maximizing client outcomes
• Working closely with our Litigation Team to transition cases when litigation becomes necessary
• Delivering exceptional client service and communication throughout the life of the case

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active Colorado law license and good standing with the Colorado Bar
• Want to learn from the best
• Negotiation and client communication skills
• Ability to manage an exciting caseload in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software

Pay

Base Salary: $100,000 – 225,000 base
Monthly Performance-Based Bonus Opportunities - tied to settlement amounts
