Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in creating meaningful opportunities for their day program.
• Ensure activities align with the choices made by the individuals.
• Support individuals with their daily needs.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s license
• Must attend LifeStream orientation and trainings.
• Access to a vehicle

Qualifications

• No experience required to qualify for these positions.
• A high school diploma or GED is sufficient.

Benefits

Hourly rate starts at $19.50-$20.50 depending on MAP certification.

Pay

$19.50 - $20.50 per hour

Schedule

Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
