Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the firm's pre-litigation cases with the assistance of our case managers, legal assistants, and investigator.
• Maintain regular and proactive communication with clients, including providing timely updates.
• Evaluate cases and develop strategies for medical management to enhance case value and obtain maximum settlements.
• Collaborate with other attorneys to develop strategies for cases that will proceed to litigation.
• Track all statutes and deadlines and regularly audit pre-litigation cases to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• At least 3 years experience in pre-litigation, personal injury case management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

Pay

$125,000 - $175,000 per year.
