Responsibilities

• Providing excellent service for our clients—this includes everything from being the first point of contact, working with clients on obtaining documents, and providing updates on their case
• Handling a high-volume caseload
• Administrative tasks such as requesting medical records, organizing documents, and data entry

Requirements

• At least 2-4 years of relevant legal experience in personal injury
• Ability to review medical records and identify treatment and dates of service
• Proactive and wants to get a task completed quickly and accurately
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a large caseload
• Enjoys speaking with clients from all walks of life and providing excellent service
• Honorable military service a strong plus
