Pre-Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the pre‑litigation process
• Gather needed documentation, and maintain organized case files
• Review and summarize medical records and bills
• Communicate with medical providers, insurance companies, and lien holders
• Draft demand letters, and other pre‑litigation documents as needed
• Monitor treatment status and ensure timely follow‑up with clients
• Support attorneys with case preparation, investigation and strategy
• Maintain accurate notes and deadlines within case management software
