Pre-Litigation Paralegal - Case Manager
About the Role
We are a rapidly growing Charleston-based Personal Injury Law Firm expanding into multiple markets statewide. This is a full-time, in-office position in our North Charleston headquarters. The Case Manager’s role is to provide high-level case management, ensuring clients receive the best medical treatment within coverage scope and maintain continued contact through all stages of the case, from Opening to Settlement. This role serves as the main point of contact for all client communication.
We operate on one-to-one teams, pairing each Attorney with a Paralegal/Case Manager, and prioritize a team-focused, collaboration-first environment. Responsibilities
- Provide high-level case management for personal injury clients
- Ensure clients obtain the best medical treatment within coverage scope
- Maintain continued contact with clients through all stages of the case (Opening to Settlement)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication
- Coordinate with multiple groups to ensure forward momentum on cases
- Leverage technology and automation to streamline case management
Requirements
- Must live in the Charleston, SC area
- Focus on empathy, client service, and exceptional organizational skills
- Background in coordinating projects or working with multiple groups (legal experience a plus but not required)
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a tech-forward environment
Pay
$40,000 - $60,000 annually
