Requirements

  • Must be Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Must Have Prior Personal Injury Law Firm Experience

What You'll Do

  • Managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement or litigation referral
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients and providing exceptional customer service
  • Drafting and preparing settlement demand packages
  • Communicating and negotiating with insurance adjusters
  • Requesting, reviewing, and organizing medical records and bills
  • Monitoring treatment progress and case development
  • Maintaining accurate case documentation and notes
  • Identifying issues proactively and resolving problems before they impact the case
  • Working closely with attorneys and team members to maximize case value and client satisfaction

  • Follows through without needing constant supervision
  • Writes professionally and communicates confidently
  • Is organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $47,000 - $67,000 annually, depending on experience
  • Performance-based bonus structure
