Pre-Litigation Case Manager (Personal Injury)

Position Overview We are currently seeking a highly experienced, self-motivated Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join our Arizona team. This individual will play a critical role in managing pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through settlement, ensuring strong case development, exceptional client communication, and favorable outcomes. Responsibilities Manage a full caseload of Arizona personal injury matters from intake through trial or settlementDraft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence with accuracy and timelinessHandle client communications with professionalism and empathy, keeping clients informed throughout the case lifecycleCoordinate depositions, mediations, medical appointments, and expert consultationsNegotiate liens and medical bills to maximize client recoveryWork closely with attorneys on case strategy and trial preparationOversee case deadlines, calendaring, and ensure compliance with Washington state and federal court rulesProvide mentorship and leadership as the Phoenix team expands Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience in Arizona personal injury law as a Paralegal or Case ManagerDemonstrated success managing cases independently with minimal supervisionStrong drive, initiative, and ability to thrive in a startup office environmentIn-depth knowledge of Arizona personal injury procedures, courts, and litigation practicesExcellent organizational, writing, and communication skills with attention to detailProficiency with case management software, legal systems, and Microsoft Office SuiteBilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred, but not required Compensation: $30.00-$40.00 per hour, depending on experience At West Coast Trial Lawyers, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, a health savings account (HSA), 401(k) with employer contributions, paid time off and sick leave.
