About the Role

LynLake is growing and we're looking for Pre-Licensed Therapists to join our team!

You will be dedicated to delivering exceptional outpatient client care in a collaborative setting. Your primary responsibilities will encompass conducting diagnostic assessments and administering targeted treatment, drawing from an array of culturally responsive, trauma-informed and diverse therapeutic modalities, including individual, couples, family, and/or group psychotherapy.

Your caseload may include individuals presenting with depression, anxiety, trauma, significant life changes, ADHD, and other mental health symptoms and developmental concerns, thus necessitating experience across a broad spectrum of client profiles and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Providing professional clinical services, including individual, couples, group, and/or family therapy
• Following company policies, professional conduct standards, and all applicable laws and regulations
• Timely completion of medical records and associated tasks to support billing and administration
• Conduct diagnostic assessments, monitor client progress, provide relevant education, and develop treatment plans
• Make referrals to other health professionals and community members as needed
• Attend internal and/or external continuing education courses to stay updated on best practices
• Exceptional clinical and boundary-setting skills along with expertise in therapy processes and treatment modalities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team productively and effectively

Qualifications

• Pre-licensed Therapist Required
• Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
• Minimum of one year of previous group practice experience (or related outpatient practice experience)
• Strongly Preferred (One Or More Of The Following Specialties):
  • Works with children under the age of 13 years old
  • Trained in Trauma/PTSD (EMDR; ART; Somatic Experiencing; Sensorimotor Psychotherapy; Brainspotting; Internal Family Systems (IFS); DBT; Neurofeedback)
  • Experience or training working with: Neurodivergence (ADHD and ASD), addiction, eating disorders, aging/older clients (and able to accept Medicare), Alzheimer’s/Dementia, unhoused clients, Women’s health (fertility, postpartum, perinatal, etc.)

Benefits

W-2 Full Time: Maintain a minimum caseload of 24 clients per week required

Compensation & Benefits (Our pay structures are commissions-based/net-collections and compensation is based on billable services):

Compensation: Compensation split of net collections at 52%; paid bi-weekly

Estimated annual earning potential of: $82,000 for a Full-Time W-2 Provider

W-2 Licensed Provider: 52% Compensation Split
