Pre-licensed Therapist
About the role
A Pre-licensed Clinical Therapist at Clarvida will provide intensive individual and family therapy to support youth and families dealing with cognitive and behavioral health challenges. The role includes working with a supportive team and receiving licensure supervision.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on individual and family therapy sessions
- Support clients in developing coping strategies and healing
- Work closely with a supportive team and receive regular supervision
- Engage in ongoing training in evidence-based practices such as TBRI, Motivational Interviewing, and DBT
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Social Work or Counseling
- Working towards registration with the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) in Colorado
- Experience with cognitive and behavioral health issues
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Pay
- $25/hour for billable services rendered weekdays after 5 PM or on weekends
- Additional $1/hour for surpassing base client services goals
