Pre-licensed Therapist

About the role

A Pre-licensed Clinical Therapist at Clarvida will provide intensive individual and family therapy to support youth and families facing cognitive and behavioral health challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on individual and family therapy sessions
• Support strengthening and preserving family bonds
• Equip clients with necessary tools, education, guidance, and resources for healing and thriving
• Work within a supportive team and receive regular supervision

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Social Work or Counseling
• Working towards registration with the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) in Colorado
• Experience with evidence-based practices such as TBRI, Motivational Interviewing, and DBT

Qualifications

• Pre-licensed status with the potential for licensure
• Experience with working with youth and families
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits

• $25/hour for billable services rendered weekdays after 5 PM or on weekends
• Additional $1/hour for surpassing base client services goals
