Pre-Foreclosure Team Lead

Responsibilities
- Assist with overseeing adherence to and creation of procedures and production/workflow reporting.
- Ensure production standards for the Pre-Foreclosure group are met.
- Oversee investor-specific time risk loans.
- Audit and update procedures to ensure compliance with government, investor, and client guidelines.
- Conduct daily team huddles to discuss workflow prioritization, production results, projects, and company updates.
- Coordinate with Supervisor to delegate and prioritize required tasks.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of all default, breach, and state-specific pre-foreclosure processes.
- Perform quality assurance checks for relevant procedure controls.
- Complete controls outlined in department procedures throughout the month.
- Conduct side-by-side meetings with staff to ensure correct steps are followed and answer processing questions.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-4 years of foreclosure, loss mitigation, or other mortgage/real-estate-related experience required.
- Expert knowledge of federal, state, and investor regulations specific to foreclosure.
- Ability to learn rules, regulations, and laws of all default departments.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiating skills.
- Adaptable and flexible with an ability to work in a structured environment.
- Ability to work overtime when required to accomplish tasks.
- Ability to work well on a team and focus on results.
- Analytical and mathematical ability sufficient to calculate/evaluate performance metrics and apply them to increase efficiencies.
- Proficient computing experience and typing skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office with a strong background in Excel.

Pay
Compensation range: $22.45–$37.69 hourly. Actual compensation may vary within the range provided, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience.
Schedule
- Able to attend work and be productive during normal business hours.
- Ability to work early, late, or weekend hours as needed for successful job performance.
- Overtime required as necessary.
Work Conditions
- Remote employment: LoanCare provides necessary equipment; you need a quiet, private workspace and a high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 25 MBPS and upload speed of 10 MBPS.
- Sitting up to 90% of the time.
- Walking and standing up to 10% of the time.
- Occasional lifting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching.
