Pre-Construction Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the project team to develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines.
• Conduct thorough analysis of architect plans, specifications, and requirements and convert to company's forming system to prepare accurate and detailed plans.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Review and evaluate subcontractor proposals and qualifications.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits.
• Assist in the preparation of bid packages and submission of bids.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of construction industry practices, methods, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprint plans and specifications and convert measurements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, clients, and industry partners.
• Proficient in using project management software and tools.
• Ability to use AutoCAD a plus.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information accurately.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
