Pre-Analytics - Supervisor
About the Role
Provides day-to-day supervision to the pre-analytic laboratory team for both operations and human resources management. Accountable for scheduling and work distribution. Provides technical direction, develops, monitors, and takes appropriate action to improve overall departmental quality, as outlined by performance standards. Ensures training and competency assessments are completed. May perform pre-analytic functions when needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or Associate's Degree preferred.
- Certification as a Phlebotomist and/or Medical Laboratory Assistant required (ASCP, ASPT, AMT, NPA, NCC, NHA, CPT).
- 1 year of experience as a Phlebotomist or Medical Laboratory Assistant required; previous Lead or Supervisor experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $29.45 to $39.84 per hour. Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
