About the role

The Supervisor, Analytics will lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions to drive business insights and decision-making. This role will oversee a team of analysts and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful analytics projects.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the design and execution of complex analytics projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data-driven strategies
  • Lead a team of analysts in the development and maintenance of analytics tools and processes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant data governance policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics methodologies and tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics, data analysis, or a related field
  • Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing, data mining, and data visualization techniques
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages used in data analysis
  • Experience with data management systems and tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of analysts
  • Experience working with large datasets and performing data wrangling tasks
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices
  • Ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
