About the role
The Supervisor, Analytics will lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions to drive business insights and decision-making. This role will oversee a team of analysts and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful analytics projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the design and execution of complex analytics projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data-driven strategies
- Lead a team of analysts in the development and maintenance of analytics tools and processes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization
- Ensure compliance with all relevant data governance policies and procedures
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics methodologies and tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics, data analysis, or a related field
- Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, data mining, and data visualization techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages used in data analysis
- Experience with data management systems and tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of analysts
- Experience working with large datasets and performing data wrangling tasks
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices
- Ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
