Role: Healthcare administrative support, working in an office environment with a focus on patient-related tasks and insurance processes. Responsibilities Handle insurance billing, payment collection, and revenue cycle activities.Organize and prioritize work efficiently, utilizing knowledge of CPT and ICD codes.Manage electronic medical records and assist with prior authorization processes.Maintain extensive customer contact, ensuring excellent communication skills.Work independently under limited supervision and adapt to stressful situations.Travel to rotating work sites as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; healthcare field education preferred.At least 2 years of healthcare experience, including electronic medical records.Experience with insurance, registration, or prior authorization preferred; OB/GYN office experience is a plus. Skills & Abilities Proficiency in computer skills and office equipment.Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.Ability to work under stress, adhere to safety standards, and perform physical activities like standing, reaching, and typing.
